INGREDIENTS

Paprika Sweet, Salt, Vegetable Protein Extract (Soy), Baking Powder, Chilli Flakes, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Black Pepper, Birds Eye Chilli Ground, Yeast Extract, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide, E551).

INGREDIENT INSIGHTS

Anti-Caking Agent: We use silicon dioxide (E551) as an anti-caking agent to ensure that our spice blend remains free-flowing and easy to use. Despite some myths, anti-caking agents like silicon dioxide are perfectly safe and commonly used in many everyday foods. Silicon dioxide is a naturally occurring mineral found in quartz and sand. It prevents clumping, so you get a consistent measurement every time.

Yeast Extract: Yeast extract is a natural flavour enhancer derived from yeast, similar to the yeast used in baking bread. It adds a rich, umami flavour to the spice blend. Yeast extracts are a normal and safe ingredient, often used to bring out the best in savoury dishes. Our yeast extract is derived from plants, making it a great option for enhancing flavour naturally.

Locally Sourced Ingredients: We are committed to supporting local businesses and ensuring the freshest ingredients. All of the components of Harry’s Fried Chicken Spice Blend are sourced from trusted local suppliers in Australia. This not only guarantees quality but also supports our local economy.
